Women’s support/education programme for women who are, or have been, living in abusive, controlling or violent relationships. The group provides a safe & confidential environment for women with the shared experience of domestic violence, reducing isolation & offering information about ways to keep safe & grow stronger. Also offer programmes for men to help stop the cycle of violence.
