Toy Hire Terms & Conditions  

The Hirer agrees:  

1. to pay a bond of $50 to Highbury Plunket upon toy collection on the hire commencement date;  
2. that toy hire commences and terminates on the times and dates shown in the Schedule;  
3. that the Hirer is responsible for checking the condition of the toy(s) upon toy collection;  
4. to notify Highbury Plunket upon toy collection of any concerns regarding the condition or working order of the toy(s);  
5. to take good care of the toy(s) and to return the toy(s) to Highbury Plunket upon the termination date in a clean and good condition and in working order;  
6. to return the toy(s) to Highbury Plunket by the time shown in the Schedule  
7. that late return of the toy(s) to Highbury Plunket on the termination date may result in the Hirer being charged an overdue fee of $10, (to be charged at the discretion of Highbury Plunket and deducted from the bond paid by the Hirer);  
8. that if the toy(s) are returned in an unclean and bad condition and/or are not in working order Highbury Plunket may retain all or a portion of the bond paid for cleaning and/or repair and/or replacement of the toy(s) (to be charged at the discretion of Highbury Plunket);  
9. to immediately notify Highbury Plunket if any equipment is lost or damaged. Highbury Plunket agrees that upon return of the toy(s) by the Hirer on the termination date in a clean and good condition and in working order, the bond will immediately be refunded to the Hirer.
