PEPE - Plunket Parent Education Courses
FREE TO ALL!
PEPE - Plunket’s parenting education programme are FREE courses aimed at supporting parents in their parenting role throughout the different stages of their child's development.
“Your New Baby” is an antenatal parenting course covering parenting in the first 6 weeks including crying, sleeping, nappies, car seats and immunisations
“Your Growing Baby” is for parents of babies 6-12 months covering topics such as nutrition, sleep and development.
“Your Active Toddler” covers topics such as eating patterns, sleep, developing positive responses to behaviour and creating an environment for development.
“Your Curious Preschooler” covers topics such as encouraging positive behaviour, community supports, safety, activity and rest.
PEPE Courses are free to all parents and are a great way to meet other parents in your area. Courses normally run for 4-7 weeks. “Your Active Toddler” and “Your Curious Preschooler” are run in the evenings to make it more convenient.
